How to get started with ParentPay… We will shortly be sending you your account activation username and password, once you receive these: Visit www.parentpay.com; Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage. NB.

If you haven’t received any, contact your school and request ParentPay login details. Once you have your account details you can log in online at parentpay.com. Look for the ‘Login’ button at the top right. A selection of pre-prepared Activation Letter templates will have been added to your ParentPay site. You can either select to use and adapt one of the existing templates, or alternatively you can create your own Activation Letter from scratch. We would recommend that schools only send out account activation information in letter form, Login with mygov.scot (myaccount) If you have been instructed by your school in Scotland to access ParentPay using your mygovscot myaccount, then please login here If your child’s new school is using ParentPay, this school will send out activation codes in order for you to add your child to your ParentPay account.

All balances and relevant trips on Scopay have been transferred onto ParentPay. Please ensure you activate your ParentPay account and top up your child's dinner money.
